Welcome to the 24th Annual GIS/Valuation Technologies Conference, co-hosted by the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO) and the Urban and Regional Information Systems Association (URISA). The conference will be presented virtually this year during the week of March 22-26, 2021. The workshops and sessions are detailed here. Note that the schedule appears in the Central Time Zone.

Join IAAO and/or URISA and qualify immediately for the discounted Member Conference Rates. Young professional and student registration fees are further discounted.

REGISTRATION: The cost to participate – for attendees and our partners – has been significantly reduced (by 50% or more) in order to make it easier to attend. You must register to access the online conference. All registered attendees will receive emailed instructions before the conference begins on March 22. Review registration details here.

With work, school, and family commitments, you may not be able to attend every session as it occurs ’live’. No worries! After the conference, registered participants will be able to view the presentation recordings whenever it is convenient.

Cyclomedia Listen & Learn: 360° Street Level Data vs. A Traditional Photograph – Cyclomedia, the Industry Leading Imagery Solution

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Feedback form is now closed.
This session will review the differences between your standard field inspection photograph and Cyclomedia’s GeoCyclorama 360° imagery. Sure, you can take a picture of a house, but can you determine the actual quality grade and physical condition from that photo? Cyclomedia’s street level imagery provides users with a dynamic experience that permits virtually driving down the road, viewing properties from multiple angles, unparalleled zoom capabilities, and sub-inch measurement capabilities – you can’t even measure sub inch with a tape out in the field! We will also cover all the ways this data can be integrated into your current workflow to permit your team to virtually inspect properties rather than spend hours driving to measure one house.
We will share real world examples from our customers who have taken advantage of our Enterprise solution where multiple Agencies and Departments can benefit from our data rich solution.
