Artificial Intelligence has already made deep inroads in our lives and our industry, including private sector appraisals and real estate analysis. From refining its machine learning models for the valuation of residential improved properties and condominiums, to using AI to analyze the impacts of COVID-19 and identifying comparable sales in the defense of values.
